How to View a Student/Teacher Timetable – iSAMS Public

Use the iTeacher App from your mobile device to view student and teacher timetables when you don't have access to the full iSAMS system.

You must have the iTeacher App installed on your device.
You must have an active iSAMS user account to use the iTeacher App. Contact the Help Desk or your iSAMS administrator if you need help with this.

Open the iTeacher App to display the Dashboard and tap the Wizards tab at the bottom of the screen:
Select Timetable Wizards:
Select the timetables that you want to view:

Choose from:
- View Student's Timetable
- View Teacher's Timetable
- Use the selection tools to find the student timetable that you want to view:
  
  Choose to:
  - Use the filters to search for the students that you want to view. Tap on any of the filters and work your way through the screens displayed.
  - View students that are in your groups, such as your teaching groups. Tap on your selection and work through the screens, displayed.
  - Search for a student by surname, forename or school code.
- Select the student that you want to view:
- Select the lesson that you want to view:
  - Tap on the date to select an alternative date to that displayed or use the arrows to scroll to another date.
  - Use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to select to display the timetable by Day or Week.
- The lesson details are displayed, including the teacher's contact details:
  - Tap on the teacher's E-mail Address to contact them directly from the app.
  - Tap Share in the top right of the screen to share the lesson or save it to your device.
- Use the selection tools to find the teacher timetable that you want to view:
  
  Choose to:
  - Use the filters to search for the teachers that you want to view. Tap on any of the filters and work your way through the screens displayed.
  - Search for a teacher by surname or forename.
- Select the teacher that you want to view:
- Select the lesson that you want to view:
  - Tap on the date to select an alternative date to that displayed or use the arrows to scroll to another date.
  - Use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to select to display the timetable by Day or Week.
- The lesson details are displayed, including the teacher's contact details:
  - Tap on the teacher's E-Mail Address to contact them directly from the App.
  - Tap Share in the top right of the screen to share the lesson or save it to your device.
