How to View My Detention

Use the iStudent App from your mobile device to view your detentions.

  • You must have the iStudent App installed on your device.
  • You must have an active Pupil Portal subscription with iSAMS to use the iStudent App. Contact the Help Desk or your iSAMS administrator for more information on portal subscriptions.
  1. Open the iStudent App to display the Dashboard:

  2. Select My Profile at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to PASTORAL OPTIONS and select Detentions & Discipline:

  4. Select the academic year and term that you want to view:
  5. Detentions & discipline list view
  6. Tap on a detention to see more detail:

    The detention details are displayed:
    Individual detention details
  7. Choose to:
    • Scroll down to DETENTION DETAILS to see the time and location of the detention.
    • Use the Share button in the top right to save details of the detention record to your device or send details to other people.
    • Tap on Teacher to view the teacher's contact details.
