Use the iParent App from your mobile device to manage notification settings for the iParent App.
- You must have the iParent App installed on your device.
- You must have an active Parent Portal subscription with iSAMS to use the iParent App. Contact the Help Desk or your iSAMS administrator for more information on portal subscriptions.
- Open the iParent App to display the Dashboard. and select the Account in the top right of the screen:
- Select the My Settings option:
- Select Push Notifications:
- Switch on Push Notifications and then select the notifications that you want to enable:
- Alternatively, switch off Push Notifications to stop any notifications from the app on your device.
- Notifications are displayed as a badge on the app icon:
